I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and had great facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, even giving us a lift to the station. The location was perfect for our needs, and the dining experience was superb. The hotel offers excellent value for the amenities provided.

The hotel's rooms were absolutely gorgeous, well-appointed with all the necessities you would expect in a good hotel, beautifully decorated, including a stunning bathroom with a roll top bath tub, but on the smaller side. The service was impeccable, with a recommendation for a wonderful Turkish restaurant nearby and a super helpful and friendly team that truly made the stay excellent. The location was just where I wanted it to be, great for accessing the tube into central London, with nice decor, good parking, and friendly staff. The dining experience was one of the best I've had in years, with well-cooked meals and a perfect location close to the tube and shops. The facilities were top-notch, making for a truly enjoyable stay.

The service was helpful and friendly, though they asked for payment before providing room keys. The dining experience had good options but lacked croissants/pastries. The facilities were overall good and convenient for the price paid.

The hotel is nestled just under the roof with south-facing rooms, offering a well-appointed stay with a quality bed, ample onsite parking, a delicious freshly prepared breakfast, and accommodating and friendly staff. The location is perfect for quick access into London via Woodford underground station, making it ideal for our visit.

The hotel had a very well presented and clean modern chic style in the rooms, but unfortunately, I couldn't have the windows open due to noise, affecting my sleep. The loft room was beautifully decorated and clean with a decent shower, but it was a bit hot. The service was exceptional, going the extra mile to be helpful and friendly. The location was great, providing easy access to London and being precisely where I needed it near the local church. The dining experience was delicious, with freshly cooked dishes on hot plates, though the breakfast finished a bit early, and there was no visible menu. The hotel offers great facilities with attentive staff, making it a solid choice.
